We track every seed-stage cybersecurity company. Period. SeedStage Cyber is a specialized investment database focused exclusively on seed-stage cybersecurity startups — the earliest, highest-conviction stage of the cybersecurity venture lifecycle.
Our Mission
SeedStage Cyber was founded in 2024 with a simple thesis: the seed stage is where the most important cybersecurity companies of the next decade are being created, but it is also the stage with the least institutional coverage. PitchBook, CB Insights, and Gartner provide excellent coverage of Series A+ companies, but seed-stage data is fragmented, inconsistent, and often inaccurate.
We exist to fix that gap. Our database tracks every identifiable seed-stage cybersecurity company with a standardized scoring methodology, weekly updates, and institutional-grade data quality. We serve seed-stage VC firms, angel investors, corporate venture arms, and the cybersecurity founders who want to understand their competitive landscape.
